3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Prices

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.4 Taxes

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your custom song for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

4.2 How to Request a Refund

4.3 No Refund After 30 Days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will not be honored.

5. Content Policy

6. Intellectual Property

• Post it on personal social media accounts

You may NOT:

• Resell or commercially distribute the song
• Claim authorship of the song

6.3 Our Rights

We retain all rights to our Service, branding, and processes. The underlying music production, lyrics creation methodology, and technology remain our proprietary property.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery Timeframe

• Standard orders are delivered within 7 days
• Express orders (24-hour upgrade) are delivered within 24 hours

7.2 Delivery Method

Songs are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a download link to access your custom song and lyrics.

7.3 Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to technical issues or content review requirements. We will notify you of any significant delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 No Liability for Damages

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward our team
